We are currently offering free standard delivery on orders over $75.

Due to additional safety measures in place, it is taking a little longer to ship orders and process returns.

Due to the situation, our delivery options are currently limited to standard home delivery.

We will accept any unused items with the original packaging and valid receipt.

Our delivery services have also adapted their processes by keeping a safe distance, clean working spaces.

WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED IN A HYGIENIC/SAFE WAY?

Our delivery services are also working hard to adapt during this time, including maintaining a safe distance when delivering parcels and not requiring a signature for packages.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTION IS AVAILABLE?

The only delivery option available today is standard home delivery.

IF I NEED TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS FOR MY ORDER, WILL THAT BE POSSIBLE?

Please confirm your shipping address in the checkout stage. We are unable to make any changes after an order is placed.

WILL THERE BE ANY DELAY IN PROCESSING MY RETURN OR GETTING MY REFUND?

Due to increased safety measures we're taking, processing returns is taking longer than expected. You will receive an email once your return has been processed at our warehouse and then you will be refunded to your original payment method.
